This is the most popular of all the formats. In simple terms, you get 5 minutes to do a buyin and register a p.r. in the snatch and clean and jerk. You can:
1. have as many attempts as you want in the 5 minute time slot
2. move up and down in weight as you choose
3. press-out but you have to lockout
4. compete against three other opponents so you're not on your own!
If you beat your opponents in the first two rounds you can qualify to the semi-finals and if you have a really good day, you can become a finalist and win the over-all event.

team head2head format
This is an ideal team format if you want to muscle up against a neighbouring box or club. We can run it similar to the 4 way but only lifters from opposing teams compete in anyone round (only two lifters at any one time). This is pure head2head format and is great fun to watch and gives a grea sporting edge to motivate the high-performance part of your box or club.
